PREMIUM CONDITION GAMES
.     PREMIUM CONDITION GAMES are either
Unused or Factory Sealed games.  They are
defined by the following characteristics.
.    - UNUSED means some or all of the essential
game pieces are still in their original factory bags
or some primary pieces are still unpunched from
their cardboard attachments.  It can also include
when game pads or scoresheets have no sheets
written on and there is not evidence of any sheets
having been removed.
.    - FACTORY SEALED means that most of the
outer plastic wrap is still on the package or when
the game is simply taped shut that there appears
no tampering with the tape prior to our inspection
and finding the inner parts still in factory condition.
